Recorded in the house over four weeks and mixed in Mayfair and Rack (London), this album relied hugely on the environment out of which it was borne. Gavin Clarke’s incredible voice was so intimate that he required the privacy of the house, while the stand-up bass and slide guitar provided rich and wonderful overriding dynamics throughout.
