Originally recorded this album in the house, before going over to Atlanta, Georgia, to finish and mix. The girls are such brilliant musicians and it was a joy to be working with them. They also had a very interesting group of musicians guesting on the record, including Garth Hudson and Rick Danko from The Band, Sheryl Crow and Me’Shell Ndegeocello.
Atlanta then became my home for six months, while I toured the States playing drums with the Indigo Girls once the album was completed.
Now I go back to Atlanta just for the ribs at Fat Mats and of course, to see Amy and Emily whom I regard as part of my family.
